Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or customer requires a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@akotro.com and we will initiate an exchange using our preferred shipping partner.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send us an email at info@akotro.com Upon receipt of your email, we will initiate a shipping return using our preferred shipping partner.
In the instance that our shipping partner does not have service in your pin-code area, we would request you to ship the product to the below mentioned address, and upon receipt of returned product, we will refund the shipping cost borne by the customer.

Good Initiative

I'm surprised by the launch of these eco- friendly products by Akotro, as the entire world is slowly shifting towards enviornmental health, Akotro has taken a good initiative in its hands to plant more trees in the near future.
