•  We use recycled paper so the paper shade in the pencil may vary. Same paper is not possible all the time.

•   The materials of the pen and its cap are different, so there is a Variation in the cap and body color. Because we use recycled handmade paper.

•   We do not use any chemical color, we only use food color.

•   The chances of seed germination will be 70 present because the way of growing, environment, not getting sun and water on time, all these reasons are responsible for it.

•   There will be a one or two plus or minus difference in the quantity of the product. Because it's a hand made product.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase (or 7 days since receiving shipment), whichever is earlier, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or customer requires a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@akotro.com and we will initiate an exchange using our preferred shipping partner.

Shipping returns
To return your product, please send us an email at info@akotro.com Upon receipt of your email, we will initiate a shipping return using our preferred shipping partner.
In the instance that our shipping partner does not have service in your pin-code area, we would request you to ship the product to the below mentioned address, and upon receipt of returned product, we will refund the shipping cost borne by the customer.
